Committed to a Higher Level of Cleaning and Service
Formal Training of Each Employee
Office Pride employs a 3+1+1 training system for each new employee. This training process includes three nights of side-by-side training with their trainer where they will learn the color-coded microfiber system as well as the skills checklist. This is then followed by a one-night shift inspection and one night after shift inspection.
Defined Key Point Indicators and Expectations
Expectations and key point indicators will be agreed upon at the beginning of the contract. Office Pride uses a daily, weekly, and monthly reporting systems to ensure that we clean all facilities with the highest quality. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction.
Site Manager Assigned to Each Facility
Site managers are assigned for regular, responsive communication with our clients. They carry out frequent spot checks to ensure cleaning is meeting the agreed upon expectations. All issues or request will be handled by the site manager.
Consistent Inspection Reports
Weekly, monthly, and quarterly checklists are carried out to verify the quality of cleaning. Office Pride stores all facility documentation for future questions or audits.
